Management reserves the right to evict any tenant or visitor not conforming to park rules. First Offense: Warning. Second Offense: $25.00 fine. Third Offense: Eviction from the park.
This park has a drug free policy - NO EXCEPTIONS
Firearms and fireworks are not allowed
No clotheslines or draping of clothes
Pets are welcome with the exception of pit bulls. Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV. Pets must not be left unattended You must pick up after your pet
No loud music
Garbage and trash must be placed in proper receptacles. Only 1 trash bin may be used per lot.
Please close laundry door as exiting. No smoking in the laundry room
Quiet hours - 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
Only 1 RV per spot
Observe posted speed limit in park
No tenant is allowed to erect any building on park property. This includes storage buildings.
No children under the age of 14 shall be left without adult supervision.
Abandoned properties shall be disposed of in accordance with Code of Alabama law.
Building a fire outside of a grill or fire pit is not allowed. All fires shall be attended at all times.
Do not block any road.
Check in time is 1 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
Lot space lawn care and maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant
No driving or parking in posted areas
* Rates include water & electric. Rates do not include applicable taxes.
* Non-refundable deposits are required to secure reservations.
* Balance is due upon check in.
* Monthly rental guests rent is due every month on the same date that you arrive at the park.
* Weekly rent is due every 7 days.
* Daily rent is due every day at 1:00 p.m.
Disclaimer of liability: TNT's RV Park LLC - Shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury that occurs on park property. Any person coming in the park or using a park facility shall by such entrance or use waive any claim against TNT's RV Park LLC or its agents for any accident or injury occurring while on or within the park. TNT's RV Park LLC or its agents will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged while on the property.
